I have been using TurboTax since 1997 and have NEVER been disappointed. The instructions are always user-friendly. The price is always better than taking my taxes to a company who will charge me an arm and a leg. TurboTax will always be my first choice in tax software.

Easy, convenient way to get my taxes done

I've been using Turbo Tax for the last few years after it was repeatedly recommended by professionals who have been utilizing it for their own taxes. Once again this year, I've found it to be a very user friendly program and easily takes me step-by-step through the cumbersome tax process. Having used the program previously, it automatically recalls all my old data, entering into this year's program to make the process even easier. Thanks to Turbo Tax, I'm now the resident tax preparer for our entire family!

Turbo Tax has stopped being short and simple. What a pain in the you-know-what.

I bought the CD Version because I use a dial up modem and wasn't sure how well or even if downloading it from their sight would work. After loading it onto my computer, the first thing I tried to do was chech for updates so I would be current. It wouldn't automatically download the updates and sent me to a manual update page, which immediately went away with an HTTP 404 error. So, I started over, this time when I got to the manual update page, I immediately picked on the manual update box and it started to up date. When I looked at how large the file was and how long it would take, I found that the update was 74.7 meg and would take over 4 hours. Well of course it didn't make it completely through as I lost the internet connection, or so I was told after about 2 hours. So, I tried again to find that they don't checkpoint their down loads, so I had to start from scratch again, and not from where I last was before losing the internet connection. Some how I find it hard to believe that a fix so I can get my updates automatically would be 74.7 Meg. I've emailed them with no response and called them to be cut off twice. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCE, THERE IS NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR IT!!! After 3 (8 1/2 hours) of trying, I finially
